“Kynourio Soma” invites you to the 2nd event of

Ανοιχτός Χώρος/Open Space”

On Wednesday the 9th of August

at the beautiful location of Dikaios Spring in Sapounakeika, Arcadia

Helen Noakes and Aggeliki Papadatou are offering a combined workshop

“Yoga/QiGong Flow &

Sound Healing Meditation”

A workshop introducing a journey starting from continious movement flowing into deep relaxation.

time 19:30 – 21:00 (arrival time 19:15)

Yoga/QiGong: Continuous movement encourges mobility, flexibility, and spaciousness in the body. Our joints and spine feel mobilised with the flow of our inner watery body, creating space for the breath to feel natural and easy.

Sound Journey: The singing bowls and the gong originate from Tibet.

Every sound creates a wave which vibrates the fluids of our body which brings us to a state of deep relaxation. In this state there is a possibility for soft and subtle transformation.

All Wednesdays in August hide surprises with new experiences through workshops of movement, painting, yoga and improvisation.

Come and discover fun activities that strengthen the physical consciousness, in this wonderful environment of Kynouria with it’s beautiful nature and its rich history.

All workshops are offered free of charge to the public and are suitable for all ages and body types! No previous experience is necessary.

Admission is free and no reservation is required, although it is recommended to try and be on time for sessions!

Yoga mats will be available in the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.

The Ανοιχτός Χώρος/Open Space” takes place at the Faucet of Law with courtesy of the Municipality of N. Kynouria.
